While Casey expresses her affections for Izzie, she breaks up with her boyfriend Evan and the two begin dating. Despite the fact that Izzie is truly in love with her, she is cautious to discuss the relationship and her sexuality in public. This changes when Evan begins harassing Izzie, so she files a restraining order against him. The situation gets even more complicated when it is revealed that Evan is a doctor at Seattle Grace Hospital where Izzie works as an emergency room nurse.
They meet when Izzie comes home late one night after working the midnight shift and finds Evan in her apartment waiting for her with a bottle of wine. The two have a violent confrontation and Izzie ends up getting arrested for assault. When Izzie tells Evan that they need to break up, he threatens to tell everyone about their relationship if she doesn't drop the charges. Izzie agrees not to tell anyone about their relationship if Evan will go away for a while. He leaves town without saying goodbye and the next day announces on his blog that he is quitting medicine. Izzie writes a comment on his blog telling him that she still loves him but will never say it out loud again. She also mentions that the reason she was arrested was because of some photos that Evan took of Izzie without her knowledge while she was sleeping.
Cappie and Casey began dating, but Casey was still standing there, waiting for Cappie to pick her up for the ball. Frannie addressed Cappie for opposing Casey. Casey, on the other hand, elected to go to the ball with Evan, and the two ended up together by the end of the night. However, this didn't seem to bother either one of them, as they continued to date even after the ball.
Casey has also been seen hanging out with a few other boys from school, including Trey Parker and Matt Stone (the guys who write and produce the TV show South Park), Mark Hinton, and Max Anderson. It's possible that any or all of these relationships may have developed into something more serious than just friendship.
Casey Davis has never married or had children. She is a student at Georgetown University and works as an intern in Washington, D.C.
The only real information we know about her relationship with Cappie King is that they both like sports and dancing. Otherwise, she doesn't seem to have any other hobbies or interests other than spending time with Evan Baxter.
It's possible that someone else might appear before us in the future and tell us what happened with their love story with Casey Davis, but for now, she remains single.
Casey is engaged to Hallie Thomas and is in a relationship with her, however the two subsequently split up. When Casey returns from a lengthy journey, she reunites with Hallie, and the two are happy until she is killed in a fire at the clinic where she works part-time. After this incident, Casey decides to leave South Park to pursue other opportunities.
She makes an appearance later in the series during Season Ten as a hologram created by Butters who is obsessed with her. She encourages him to follow his dreams even though she will no longer be there when he gets there.
Casey also has a sister named Kelly who appears only once in the series. She was pregnant at the time of her death and died giving birth to a baby girl. This causes Casey to quit school and work full-time at a clinic so she can support her family.
Kelly's father is also deceased, having been shot by a police officer who thought he was a drug dealer. He survived but was given one year to live by his doctors. He ended up dying anyway due to cancer. His death greatly affects Kelly who becomes addicted to drugs until she dies young of an overdose.
After both of their parents die, Casey takes care of Butters who is now homeless. She opens up a new clinic where she works part-time to help pay for it.
Casey, to to Donatello's chagrin, has a crush on April, as does Donatello. April was Casey's trig instructor at first, but they became good friends after a while. Casey is an avid sports fan. He is a big fan of the San Diego Chargers and Los Angeles Dodgers.
He likes to surf too. And skateboard. And watch movies. The list goes on and on.
April, who is a tomboy at heart, enjoys playing video games and hanging out with her brother and his friends. She is also a talented artist who draws portraits of people she meets. Her father even hired her attorney when she was a teenager because he wanted to make sure she didn't go to jail for stealing money from them to pay for her painting habit.
She lives with her family in a house that's kind of old but nice enough. It used to be a hotel before they moved in. They have two dogs, a boxer named Buster and a pit bull named Rocky. Both dogs are very friendly with everyone except for when you try to kiss them on the mouth!
April's favorite superheroes are Batman and Spider-Man. She loves to dance too, especially hip hop. When she grows up she wants to be a painter who makes art part of her daily life just like Casey does now.
