They also share a passionate kiss in "Out of Time". This once again sparks their relationship up from where it left off in the second season. It is then revealed by Charlie Cox (Daredevil) that this is all part of his plan to win back his love, Jessica Jones (AKA Hero).
In the end, he succeeds in winning her heart again. They resume their previous kissing scene without any interference from Matt Murdock this time around.
So here we can see that despite being a superhero, Matt Murdock still has a romantic side to him. He is just too good at hiding it. Or maybe he is just too busy saving people to worry about romance. Either way, it seems like Claire and Matt will finally get together at some point in the future episodes.
